I am an experienced consultant, researcher, and strong advocate for the role of evidence in management decision-making. For over 20 years I have helped many organisations to generate the insights necessary for their work. Having worked at senior management level in the arts and nonprofit sectors, I am especially familiar with the complex challenges faced by these organisations.

I am also a published 
academic researcher with a particular interest in the use of longitudinal population data to study children's lives.
